At MajesticManner, every order is personal and we want your experience to be smooth, clear, and comfortable from start to finish.
How to Order
All orders are placed directly through WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
Browse the catalog and choose your piece
DM us with your selection and required size
We will guide you through fabric, fit, and payment personally
Ready to Wear & Made to Measure
Ready to Wear - Available in standard sizes. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your piece will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Made to Measure - A measurement form will be shared with you over DM. Once measurements and payment are confirmed, your piece will be ready within 10–15 business days depending on the design.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order confirmation
We accept UPI / Bank Transfer
Your order goes into production only after payment is received
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation
Once production has begun on a Made to Measure piece, cancellation is not applicable
Ready to Wear orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
Alterations
We want your piece to fit perfectly. If there is a fitting issue with your Made to Measure order, we offer one free alteration just reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India
Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order
Delivery timelines may vary based on location
Exchange & Returns
As all Made to Measure pieces are crafted personally for you, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Ready to Wear orders are eligible for return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
